|Recommended: YesGood — Move in process was fast and easy thanks to the help of the staff. The area and building are great. I love living at Monarc so far. The unit is very nice in terms of layout and finishing. My only complaint is that my floors were scratched upon moving in and I have not been able to get a hold of the staff to fix the problem in the recent weeks.
